WEWEAR's Return and Exchange Policy

At WEWEAR, you can return or exchange items purchased on wewear.in if there is a manufacturing defect or if the product significantly deviates from its description on our website. WEWEAR will determine if a product qualifies for a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

  1. Notify us of the defect or deviation via email within 10 days of delivery.
  2. Return the product in its original condition with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, and other packaging intact.
  3. The product must be unworn and unwashed. Worn, washed, damaged, or soiled garments will not be accepted.
  4. Products returned under this policy will undergo quality testing/inspection.

If the product qualifies for a return, you will receive a refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable deductions. For exchanges, you can choose another fresh piece of the same product or a different product of equivalent sale price.

Return / Exchange Process:

  1. Email us at returnsnrefunds@wewear.in with pictures of the defect or deviation within 10 days of delivery.
  2. If your order qualifies, we will arrange a pickup within 5 to 10 days of receiving your email and send you the necessary details via email.
  3. There will be two attempts at pickup. If the courier cannot pick up the item, you will need to return it to the address provided by WEWEAR.
  4. Reverse Pickup depends on the service being available in your area.
