We reserve the right to update or modify these conditions of use at any time. You acknowledge that your continuing use of this website following any such modification or change will be interpreted as your acceptance of those changes. Access to the Website
You are allowed limited access to this website for personal use only. No portion of it may be downloaded or altered without our express written consent. Any commercial use of this website or its contents, as well as any data collection, download, or copying of images, text, form, page layout or account information are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use shall lead to termination of the permission to access granted by WEWEAR.

Account
By using the Site, you agree to be accountable for all activities that happen under your Account or Password and to keep your Account and Password private, as well as to restrict access to your computer/device to avoid misuse of your account. WEWEAR disclaims all liability for any loss or harm that results from your failure to keep your password or account secure. You are required to alert WEWEAR immediately by informing us if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password. We reserve our right to suspend your account without notice and may require you to change your password if we have reasonable suspicion of a security breach or improper use of the site or your account. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to reject services, close accounts, delete or edit material, and cancel orders.

Communications
When you use our website or send us emails, you communicate with us electronically. You consent to receive correspondence from us electronically. To keep you informed, we'll send you emails or put notifications on our website. You agree that any agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we transmit to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that these communications be made in writing. Further, your Email ID is how we uniquely identify you. Since we will use this email address to communicate with you regarding the progress of your order and delivery information, it shall be your responsibility to keep it updated. Additionally, by including your mobile number in the account details, you enable us to get in touch with you if we need to set up an appointment, make alterations, notify you when an order is being delivered or handle any unanticipated situation.

Product Description
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the composition and colors of our items are displayed as precisely as possible. However, since your screen or monitor may have different display settings than the original product, there may be a slight color difference between the product you see on our website and the real product. Furthermore, the manufacturing of our products involves various processes due to which you may find subtle variations in color, finish, and overall look.

Pricing
The List Price shown for products on our website, unless otherwise indicated, is the total cost of the product, including GST (Goods and Services Tax) and, unless otherwise indicated in the billing invoice, includes shipping fees. All prices listed on our website are assumed to be accurate. We will notify you as soon as we find a pricing error for any Product or Service that you have ordered, and you will be given the choice to either cancel your order or reconfirm it at the proper price. If we are unable to get in touch with you or should you fail to reconfirm the order at the proper price, the said order shall be treated as cancelled. In such an eventuality, we shall reimburse the full amount owed within 15 working days of such cancellation. It is to be noted that WEWEAR shall not be obligated to provide you with the product at the incorrectly indicated reduced price.

Shipping & Delivery
All our products are shipped from our warehouse to your provided shipping address via third-party services. We take 2 working days to process your order and 4 to 8 working days to deliver the product to your address. The term ‘Working Days’ does not include Sundays, Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.

For shipment of orders, WEWEAR uses third-party services that cover the maximum PIN codes in the country. There may be some places, though, that the Delivery Zone does not cover. In such instances, we will notify you within 2 working days about our inability to deliver. At that point, you will be given the choice to either offer us an alternate address that is within our delivery zone or cancel the order and receive a refund. Our courier service will attempt to deliver the order 2 times at the delivery address. However, if the package is not deliverable due to reasons not attributable to us, the package will be returned to our Head Office. On receiving the package we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. However, if we cannot get in touch with you, we shall consider the order terminated and refund the amount after deducting the courier expenses.

Every item on our website is intended to be kept in stock. We will quickly notify you within two working days of your purchase if an item you have purchased turns out to be out of stock, and you will receive a full refund for the item.

Risk of Loss
Every product bought from wewear.in is done so by a shipment arrangement with a third party. This implies that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may only cancel an order up until it is processed by us. To do so, send us an email at returnsnrefunds@wewear.in, also you can log in to your account on the website and cancel. Orders that have been processed and/or shipped may not be cancelled, at our discretion. After receiving your request to cancel, we will respond to you within 48 hours.

Invoice
When the products are delivered, a physical invoice will be given to you, and an electronic copy will be sent to you via email upon order confirmation.

Limited Liability
WEWEAR's liability for all purchases is limited to the cost of the products the consumer purchases.

Trademarks & Copyrights
All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips are protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by WEWEAR or by other parties that have licensed their material to us. No part of this content may be reproduced, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or means. You also agree not to directly or indirectly aid anyone else in doing so.

Modifications to Terms & Conditions of Use
In our sole discretion, we have the right to update, modify, alter, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we do so, we shall notify you the same by displaying the updated Terms on our website or by communicating them to you electronically. You must frequently review these terms because, by using the services after we've posted updated versions of the Terms on the Site, you agree & accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may choose to stop using our service. Due to the Services' constant evolution, we reserve the right to modify or terminate all or any portion of the Services at any

WEWEAR disclaims all liability for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, resulting from the use of this website. Errors may happen even though we make every effort to guarantee that the product specifications, descriptions, and pricing shown on the website are correct. Force Majeure Events
WEWEAR shall not be liable for failure to comply with or delay in complying with any of our obligations under a Contract due to events outside of our reasonable control (Force Majeure). Force majeure refers to any event, act, incapacity to act, omission, or accident that is beyond our reasonable control and includes, among other things:
* Lockouts, strikes, or other types of protest​;
* Civil discontent, uprising, incursion, act of terrorism, threat of terrorism, declared
   or unproclaimed war, or threat or preparation for war;
* Any natural disaster—fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, collapse, endemic,
   pandemic, or such like;
* Inability to use a certain or any mode of transport;
* Inability to use public or private telecommunication systems;
* Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government or public
   authority.
​ It is to be understood that during the time that Force Majeure is in effect, our obligations arising from contracts are suspended, and we will be granted an extension of time to fulfill these obligations by an amount equal to the duration of the Force Majeure situation. In the event of a force majeure, we shall use all reasonable means to terminate the situation or to come up with a way to continue carrying out our contractual duties.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and shall not hold WEWEAR (and its directors, partners, owners, managers, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, shareholders, and affiliates) for any claims, damages, costs and expenses, liabilities, losses, demands including attorney’s fees caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or in-actions from use of this website.

Applicable Laws
By using wewear.in, you accept that these Conditions of Use and any disagreement you may have with WEWEAR on any matter whatsoever shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Dispute
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to wewear.in or to products you purchase through wewear.in shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Mumbai, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate WEWEAR's intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
